As part of our company expansion, RBC Group are looking to recruit body shop spray painters to join our busy production department based at our head office in Leicestershire.
Excellent communicators with a meticulous attention to detail, our body shop operatives ensure that they execute their objectives consistently to the highest standard, safely and on time.
This is a multi-skilled role, and the ideal candidate will have proven experience within a body shop environment. Experience in vending/automated retail equipment is highly advantageous. The successful candidate will have the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience and build upon their existing skills. Progression is actively encouraged.
Reports to: Senior Production Manager
Location: Old Dalby, Leicestershire Head Office

- Masking
- Preparation work (DA)
- Spray painting and mixing
- Quality checks
- Equipment maintenance
